Delivery Information
Delivery Charges:
UK - Orders up to £150 - 10% of total order value
Orders over £150 - 5% of total order value
Europe - 25% of total order value
Rest of World - 30% of total order value
If an order is placed before 1:30pm we aim to get it despatched the same day from our warehouse via Royal Mail 1st Class (normally arrives next working day, 1-3 working days expected delivery) or FedEx (next working day delivery) for higher value orders, subject to product availability. If your order is being sent by Royal Mail then a dispatch confirmation email will be sent to you, if it is sent by FedEx then you will receive an email with the shipment details and full tracking information.
If there is no one to receive your parcel, whether it is being delivered by Royal Mail or by FedEx, a card will be posted through your door advising of a delivery attempt. There will be a contact telephone number on there for your local branch. If you telephone the number on the card you will be able to re-book a delivery day, or arrange to pick the parcel up from the depot.
You will be notified by email or phone of any items that are out of stock and when you can expect them to be delivered.
We are also able to offer the following UK special delivery services:

Royal Mail Next Day Signed For (guaranteed by 9am or 1pm)

FedEx Next Day (guaranteed by 9am, 10am or 12 noon)
- Special deliveries can be made for Saturdays but there is an additional cost for this service

Returns Policy
We promise complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it for a replacement or a credit note. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
All Returns:
- Include a copy of the original sales receipt
- Include a specific note explaining product defect or your reason for not being satisfied
- Postage costs will not be refunded
- All items must be returned in a like new, saleable condition
- We cannot accept CDs or DVDs that have had their wrapper or seal removed/broken
