With the introduction of the Sage Pay system on the One Way UK website we can now process download orders 24/7 enabling your music tracks or recorded scripts to be available instantly! Perfect if a CD has been lost or scratched and it is too late to get a replacement, simply download the tracks needed and you can have them straight away and ready to use in your performance.
Downloads are currently available on the following products:
Step One - Adding products to your shopping cart
To download individual songs

To download a whole album

If it is possible to download individual track there will be a checkbox alongside the track titles as highlighted below.

Simply click the "Buy this album on download" link above
the soundbite clips, this will add all the tracks on that album to your
shopping cart.
|
To add specific tracks to your order just click the
checkbox (blue arrows below), multiple tracks from the same album can be
selected at the same time. Once the relevent tickboxes have been
selected simply click on the "Buy!" button towards the bottom of the
screen (green arrow). These tracks have now been added to your cart,
additional songs from other albums can be added in the same way.

When placing an order any number of tracks from different CDs or complete albums can be added to your cart and normal books and puppets can be included in the same order
Step Two - The checkout and payment process
Follow the simple on-screen instructions for completing your order through checkout and SagePay.
Step Three - Getting your download products
Once the payment process has been completed you will instantly receive two emails from info@onewayuk.com. One will be your order confirmation the other will contain the link to our downloads page.

The image on the left shows what the download email will look like with a subject of "Your One Way UK Order - Download"
This email contains your customer order number (green circle) and also links to our Download Centre (blue arrows).
Make a note of the customer order number and click on either of the links.

To complete your order, enter your order number (five digits) after the OWUK, your email address and your postcode, exactely as it was on your order.
Then simply click on the "Log In" button.

Your download products will then be listed (blue arrow). Right click on each song/file, click "Save As" or "Save Target As" and choose where on your computer you would like to save the products. |
