The Hydrostatic Glass is a classic of magic that is rarely seen performed. The main reason for this is the lack of satisfactory equipment - until now!

This illusion is based upon the old schoolboy stunt where a glass of water has a card held over its mouth, before being inverted. Very carefully the supporting hand can be removed. The magician takes this one step further and removes the card, leaving the water suspended inside the glass! Upon the magician’s command, the water gushes forth from the glass.
